The wall this breaks

Outreach That Doesn't Scale

Manual prospecting eats founder hours and stops the moment you get busy. A podcast inverts it: the invitation is welcome rather than intrusive, and every episode is a reason for a senior person to give you an hour of undivided attention.

Frequently asked questions

Why would a podcast generate leads?

Because of who accepts the invitation. A cold email asking for twenty minutes of someone's time gets ignored. An invitation to be interviewed about their work gets accepted, and it buys you an hour of genuine conversation with a senior person who now knows you, owes you nothing, and has a reason to share the episode with their own network. The pipeline comes from the relationship, not the download count.

How much time does hosting take?

About an hour per episode plus a short prep read. We handle guest research, outreach, booking, scheduling, the question brief, editing, show notes, clips, and distribution. The founder records and nothing else, because the founder's time is the constraint that kills most podcasts by episode eight.

Do we need a large audience for this to work?

No, and chasing one is usually the mistake. A show with a few hundred of the right listeners and forty senior guests a year is worth considerably more to a B2B firm than a show with ten thousand casual listeners. The asset being built is a reason to have conversations with people you could not otherwise reach.

Have you actually done this yourselves?

Yes. Mayur hosts AEC Tech Journeys, with more than 200 episodes of conversations across the built environment, and the show is a working example of the same system we run for clients. It is the reason we know which parts of a podcast produce pipeline and which parts only produce work.
